Why would you not want to? You are making a positive change in your life. Don’t worry about what everyone else thinks. Worry about yourself and making yourself a better you.
This morning while I was getting dressed I saw a pair of jeans in the back of my drawer. They’re size 5 I used to wear them back when I was a sophomore in high school. I thought what the hell and tried them on. To my surprise they slipped on easily and buttoned with no struggle. At one point due to an unhealthy lifestyle I was a size 11 in the same jeans. I still have a long way to go. But it’s the little successes like this that keep me going. The pounds don’t matter. I’m losing fat yes, but I’m gaining muscle. So the number on the scale means nothing to me, when I see progress like this.
